On the 1st day of Christmas . . .

The Stampin’ Santa gave to you fun projects from My Digital Studio

My first fun project to show you this fun Christmas Card I made using “My Digital Studio”  I just love this product.  This is the card that I had printed using our professional printing service. I just loved how it turned out.

Here is the inside of the card.  I love that you can design the inside as well.

Here is another sample of the same card.  This time I printed the front only at home and then I put it on a piece of Chocolate Chip Cards stock and added some ribbon, a brad and a stamped embellishment.  I love that I can use this program for hybrid projects.

This is my last sample.  I used the card front that I printed at home and put it on a 6×6 scrapbook pages.  Can I just say I love how versatile this product is.  There’s so much you can do with it.

The words are also created on MDS and just cut out then added as and embelishment.  The paper is our great DSP along with some ribbon from the mini catalog.  I also added a brad here as well.

Be sure to check out the fun digital down-loads available as well.

Click here for more information on MDS.  And get your’s today.

A Sad Day

Yesterday was a sad day for me as I found out several of my favorite presenters at Stampin’ Up!®were among the many that were let go on April 15th.  Due to hard economic times Stampin’ Up! had to make this very difficult decision.  I know that Shelli’s heart is broken over the whole ordeal.  I’m grateful for such a wonderful leader that understands that sometimes difficult things need to be done to preserve the company.  I know that we may not understand everything behind their decisions, but I trust that they did what was best.  I know that we will really miss these presenters at Convention.  I want to personally thank all of the employees that this effected as well as the ones that are still there.  I know that you put your heart and soul into this company and we appreciate you very much.  I love this company.  I hope that all of you will have these people in your hearts as well as all the others out there.  I know that they are among the many that are in my prayers.

For those of you who don’t know my husband, Marc  has been out of work for the last 6 months.  I’ve been very grateful for the Stampin’ Up! opportunity and that it has provided us a way to help make ends meet.  I’m also very grateful for all of you who have supported me and hope that you will continue to do so.  As April 15th was a sad day for many Stampin’ Up! employees it was actually a very happy day for me.  Marc was offered a good job.  I know it’s not quite what he was making, but it’s definitely going to help turn things around for our family.  I’m grateful that I still have Stampin’ Up! to make up the difference.  Please let me know if there is any way that I can help you.  I have spoken to many of you and know that times are difficult for all of us.  Please know that you are also in my prayers and I appreciate each and every one of you.

jaron-windersI know many of you probably don’t know about the wonderful presenters that I’m talking about.  The three that I know of that were let go are Linda Hansen, Jaron Winders and Lori.  I’m sure many of you have heard me talk about these wonderful presenters at Stampin’ Up! events.   I know that Jaron’s work has also been in many of the catalogs.  Their talents will be missed.  Both Jaron and Linda have blogs if you are interested in learning more about these awesome individuals.  They truly will be missed by many.  I have so much respect for them and their positive outlook towards Stampin’  Up!  To see the blogs just click on one of the links below.  I’ve also included the link to Shelli’s blog where you can read more about her thoughts.  Be sure to check out the comments on each of these sites and you will see how much they are loved.  Stampin’ Up! truly is an awesome company to be a part of.
