Marvelous Monday 2-2-09

I saw a couple of different blogs that had a layout called Mojo Monday. Some of you may be aware of it but it was new to me and I loved it. The person who started it decided that Monday’s were blah days so she needed something to get her Mojo going. Each Monday she posts a new design layout. I thought this was a great layout resource. She even shows samples of how it can be used and she has a monthly contest. I encourage you to check it out especially when you need some inspiration. Her website is www.mojomonday.blogspot.com.

I had a lot of fun with this and it was so easy. I decided to try out the new Fleurettes on it. I love how it turned out. I used the layout from this week #72.

Marvelous Monday 1-26-09

We always get to do a fun make and take at leadership. This year I really loved what we got to make because it all coordinated together. It is part of our retro fresh style watch. It uses the fun new stamp set Good Friend #113740 $28.95. It also uses the On board So Tweet #113893 $14.95 and the DSP Good Morning Sunshine #113966 $9.95.

We made a fun box that slides out and holds these great mini tags.

Plus we made 3 fun cards. They are 5 1/4 square cards that fit in our square envelops. I love this great big size.

Everything fits nicely in the fun carrying case. Arent’ the birds just so cute.

I’m considering offering this as a class. I haven’t decided on a date yet, but if you are interested please let me know and I will get one figured out. The class would include everything you need to make all three projects plus you would get all the extras. You would get 1/2 of the designers series paper and 1/2 of the chipboard. I would also include the stamp set. This class could easily be done at home as well and I would include full color instructions. The cost would be $55.00 (including the stamp set). Marvelous Monday 1-19-09

This great page was done by my up-line Janice Barlow a couple of years ago for Convention. I have always loved this page. I just think the colors are beautiful together. She colored the pretties flowers by putting them in a solution of ink refills and water I think.

Marvelous Monday 12-29-08

This was a great project the Kelly Gettelfinger entered into the class project contest on Stampin’ Up!. She was actually one of the winners. I think the boxes are so cute.
