Wacky Wednesday 3-4-09

I like Wacky Wednesday because it gives me a chance to share some other fun stuff. I received this in the mail and I was so excited to get it. I love that Stampin’ Up! sends our travel documents in such a fun packaging. I’m so excited to leave for Hawaii next week. My kids are so sad that they are not going with us.

Isn’t this bag so cute. I love the luggage tags. I can’t wait to see what other fun surprises they have in store for us when we get there. The hotel we are staying in is so nice. How cool is that. There is even a Dolphin Learning Center where you can swim with the dolphins (I wish that was paid for). I will definitely be sharing pictures and more fun info when I get back.

Fun Little Game

I love checking my friend Deborah’s blog and she posted this great idea. Since I REALLY want something from her (even though I’m a little nervous about her limitations posted below), I’m offering the same challenge to you. Stampin’ Sunday 2-15-09

Today I decided to share the projects that we did at club this month. They were all centered around the wonderful Sale-A-Brations Sets. We also used the technique that I showed on Technique Tuesday February 3rd. You can check out all the details there.

The Scrapbookers got to make this cute 12 x 12 double page layout. I got the idea form page 4 of the sale-a-bration catalog. I love that the paper, Polka Dot Punches stamp set and the ribbon all work together.

My card club members get to make 2 cards 2 of each. Their cards also focused on the Sale-A-Bration Sets. In fact one of the cards I just copied form page 4 of the Sale-A-Bration catalog. I just changed the ribbon to the Certainly Celery poly-twill from the Sale-A-Bration Ribbon Bundle.

Wacky Wednesday 1-28-09

Thanks so much to all of you who made it to my open house. I had a great time and I hope you did too. For those of you who couldn’t make it here is some of the fun you missed. Maybe next time you will be able to join in the fun.

Because it was and open house and there was no official hostess to give a gift to and my prize drawing was for the hostess benefits I decided to give each guest a special gift for coming. Each guest received one of these fun Good friend boxes and each was filled with a different surprise gift. Once again I used the new Good Friends Stamp Set #113740 $28.95 and the fun new Petal Pizzazz #113417 $32.95.

Then each guest had the opportunity to create 2 fun make and takes. The first used the set Just Buzzin’ By #113228 $27.95. This is one of my favorite new stamp sets. We made a card and a matching envelope. It’s hard to see but the card says “just buzzin’ by to say…” Then on the inside it says “have a honey of a day! We also stamped a cute flower on the inside.

The second project used the wonderful big shot top not die #113463 $21.95 and some of the products from the Love you Much Bundle #115405 $41.48. We used the heart to Heart Punch #113694 $15.95 and the Love You Much Stamp Set #113756 $25.95. The Bundle also includes the Candy Lane DSP#113980 $9.95 which I love so much that I didn’t have enough left to use. If you bought these products separately they would be $51.85 but you can save 20% on the bundle for just $41.48 through the end of Januray. Hurry fast time is running out.

Hostess Drawing

So I was cleaning up the other day getting ready for my open house. I realized I still had the grand prize from Novemberfest that was never claimed. So here’s your chance to get the basket with over $100.00 worth of product. It’s really simple all you have to do is host a party. I will be giving out tickets to all the hostess and I will draw one winner. Because I have different dates I want to book here is the different tickets you can earn:
