Here is just another simple rub-on, but I love it.  Sometimes I think we try to make things to complicated and need to remember that simple can be just as elegent.  I love the white rub-on with the black and white photo.

limited-editionIf you can’t tell this is one of the very cute pictures of my little Xander when he was a baby.

All I’ve done is put the rub on directly onto the glass.  If I were putting it into a scrapbook page I would put it directly onto the picture for the same effect.  The nice thing about the glass is that I can change out the picture and still have the saying there.

Don’t you just love rub-ons.  If you haven’t given them a try yet the I really encourage you to start today.

Well I’m in Florida today enjoying the warm weather, so I thought I would share with you a nice summer project.  This project is really so easy.  I just bought a frame (I think I got this one at wall-mart.)  Then I added our great rub-ons.  I love how perfectly the words went with the pictures.  I used the Perfect Day rub-ons #111277 for $10.95.  To create my frame.

summer-frameThis was a fun day we had with my Brother and his family at Bearlake 2 summers ago.  It really was just a perfect day.

Try out one of our great rub-on’s today to custimize your own frame.

I will also have a second prize basket for anyone who books their party on one of my open party dates.  You can click here to see my available dates.

Freewheeling Friday 1-2-09

I’m getting ready for leadership and I decided to pull out the swaps I had for leadership last year.  I know that the DSP is retired on this page, but the stamp set is still current and I just thought it turned our really cute.

celebrate-pages I pick this page for Freewheeling Friday because I did actually use a wheel on it.  You will notice that I wheeled across one of the small squares with the Whimsy Jumbo wheel #109688.  I used the Garden Whimsy stamp set #109290 for $23.95.  You can find these on pages 92 & 93 of the current catalog.

My inspiration for the page came from the Spring/Summer ’08 catalog.  I used the layout on page 131  and the colors from page 96.  I really loved how it turned out.  The second page was inspired from a little help from up-line Mindy.  The pictures are of my husband Marc and I at convention in Denver 2007.  Xander (my baby) was just 3 week old when we went.  This is the pajama-stamp-a-ram.  We had so much fun.  If you would like to join in the fun I would love you to join my team.  I’d be happy to give you more information just send me an e-mail.

Next time you are having a hard time trying to find a layout be sure to check out our catalogs.  They always inspire me.  I save everyone of them and remember to pre-order your new Spring/Summer ’09 catalog today.  Click here for more info.
