I was watching some of the wonderful training video’s on the demonstrator site the other day and I came across one by Linda Hansen. She is one of the wonderful presenters at Stampin’ Up!® She was demonstrating using the blank vinyl with the big shot. She made a mirror with her name on it so I just had to give it a try.
Her name is spelled with and I and I loved how she put the flower over the I. I chose the word smile beacause everyone should remember to smile and because it had an I in it.
One of the cool techniques she showed was embossing on the vinyl. She used Craft ink and then embossed it with clear embossing powder. She even stamped right on it and embossed it so that it would have a fun pattern. I think this would be fun to try on some of our great patterns as well as the raw vinyl.
