I think this baby card is just so cute. I wish I knew who created it. I received it in a swap. The wheel that was used is retired now but there is one similar that you could use to go with it that would give it the same effect. I love to use the wheels as a quick and easy background. Sometimes it can make all the difference in how a card looks.

Project of the Month

Sorry this is so late. I’m extending the deadline on any kit for both February and March. I forgot to send out the email so you will have until April 21st to order them.
