Crazy for Christmas Class 2012

First I have to apologize for the delay in this post. My Grandmother passed away over the weekend and I was waiting for information on the funeral before I could plan the times for sure. I know I’ve advertised the time as longer on Saturday, however that is when the funeral is so I had to shorten it. However I’m going to open up my club day the next Saturday as and alternate date for those who need during the day. So now lets get onto the fun stuff.

Dates & Times:

Friday- December 7th 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday- December 8th 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Saturday- December 15th 10:00 am- 2:00 pm

Please plan enough time to complete your projects. I’ve listed an estimated amount of time to complete each project. Please plan accordingly based on your stamping speed.

Crazy for Christmas

I know some of you are thinking it’s way to early for Christmas. While I do agree with you and I have put out my fun fall decorations and I’m waiting until after Thanksgiving to put up my Christmas stuff. However I do know that this time of the year calendars fill up fast so I wanted to give you the dates of my annual “Crazy for Christmas” stamp Camp. This is my favorite event of the year when I will have lots of fun Christmas gift project you can make for friends, family, neighbors and co-workers. I’m still working on all the projects, but here’s a sneak peek of one of my favorites so far.

This cute snowman is made with our cookie boxes. Each box can still be opened so you can fill them with fun cookies (our cookie press make this so easy) or other treats. Then when the treats are gone they will still have a cute snowman for their home. This is just one of the many fun projects I will have to make so mark your calendars and plan to come. Be watching for more info. on all the projects or better yet visit me at Novemberfest Thanksgiving weekend at Logan Rec Center to see them in person.

I’m so excited I had to share!

I’m super excited and just had to share my good news with you.

Stampin’ Up! was having a contest to help us get inspired to earn the Disney World trip this year. So they decided to have a Disney contest. All you had to do was create something Disney and then post it on our group website Stampin’ Connection, which is like a facebook for Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators only.

Of course I just had to enter and today I found out that I won. There were over 250 entries and I was picked as one of the five winners. I also got a free stamp set of my choice so I’ve been walking on air all day.

Anyway I thought I would share with you the 5 projects that I entered.

This is my fun Disney sign to keep me inspired. All of the fun characters are made with punches.

I had a friend request for me to make a Donald Duck out of punches so I thought the contest was the perfect opportunity.

This one is a little different. It’s a giant Genie that I have on my back door. He’s holding our dream board. I drew him, but I colored him with the Stampin’ Up! water-color pencils. Oh and yes I do know that I spelled command wrong. I just through it in the picture on Photo shop and didn’t notice till later. It will be correct when I add it to the door.

You’ve probably seen this one before it was a page that I entered in my first Artisan Award Contest.

Last is the winning card. This is my Goofy card which you’ve probably seen before. His all made with punches. I actually made him for a swap a few years back.

3D Convention Swaps
