Would you love to see my work at Convention?

Hey everyone would you love to see my work displayed at Convention this year? Would you love to see fun projects out to new products? Then let Stampin’ Up! know by leaving a comment of which projects you love of mine. I’m showing just a few of my favorites, but I’d love to know what you love.

First for a few of my favorite cards:

. Of course I have lots more favorites, but these are some of my more resent ones.

Next how about a scrapbook page. Now most of you know that I love digital. However I am excited to get started with the new Project Life that I just ordered. I’m loving the idea of getting all those pictures sitting in boxes onto pages. However I thought I would share one of my favorite Digital scrapbook pages. This one is one a made a while back, but I still love it.

To top it off lets share a couple of my favorite 3D projects. 3D projects are actually one of my favorite things to create. I just love seeing what I can make out of paper and our products.

First is my banner. I loved the banner kits in the holiday catalog because it made these so easy.

Next I’d like to highlight my Christmas Tag box. I love these treat boxes. It’s so easy to make simple gifts with Stampin’ Up! products. This was one of my favorite projects from my Crazy for Christmas projects.

Flowers for Mother

Mothers love to get flowers for Mother’s day so this card is perfect. She’ll get a special note from you and beautiful flowers that won’t die.

This card is extra special because it has a fun hidden note behind the flowers. The pot is actually folded in 1/2 and you can pull the top flowers out to revel a hidden message just for Mom.

I absolutely love the detail and dimension in this card don’t you? It’s so easy to achieve with the bone folder. Simply hold the edge of the bone folder on the center of the inside of flower. Press your finger on the other side of the flower against the bone folder and pull. This will help to softly curl the paper much like you curl ribbon with scissors for a balloon. This is also a great effect for curling tags. They are finished off with a tiny pearl in the center.

Be watching for the cute matching box that we made for club. Just a quick reminder two of the colors on this project are the retiring in-colors: Primrose Petals & Raspberry Ripple. They will be gone soon so be sure to get yours before they are gone.

Happy Graduation Cards

I can hardly believe it but my oldest is graduating from High School next month. Not quite sure how that happened. I figured many of you might have someone graduating as well, whether it’s a child, sibling, spouse, grand-child, niece, nephew or friend it’s always great to let them know how proud of them you are.

I have two fun cards to share with you today. Both of these are available at my Stampin’ Buffet this month.

First is more of a traditional Graduation card. Shaped to look like a Graduation Cap.

Underneath is a card that’s just the perfect size to write a quick note and let them know how you feel.

Then of course my favorite part, the tassel. This can be customized to fit the colors of your graduates class. My son’s just happen to be orange, blue and white. I even used the gold paper to create a gold band. The fun tassel is made with white baker’s twine and colored with our inks to match the school colors. How fun is that.

My next card is a little bit more modern. This one is great for anyone who just needs a little note of encouragement and great job. It could even be for someone that just needs a little pick up or someone getting ready for a big event. No mater who you give it to they will love the fun modern look of the shapes, colors and words.

I hope you will join me in making one of these cute cards and celebrating the accomplishments of your friends and family. What ever stage in life they are from Kindergarten to College and more we should let others know we care and hand stamped cards are the perfect way to do just that.

April 2014 Stampin’ Buffet

I finally had time to create this weekend and boy did I have fun. I have lots of cute cards for you to create at Stampin’ Buffet this week. Be sure to RSVP so I can plan for you. I always have a few extra’s, but it’s better to be safe. If you can’t make it you can still order the kids and use your own stamps and inks at home to create them. Easter Bunny Punch Card

Did you notice this cute little card in my Stampin’ Buffet this month?

I’m a huge fan of punch art so when I was trying to decide on a fun idea for an Easter card I couldn’t resit making a punch art bunny. The fun spring colors of the Sale-a-bration paper works perfect with this card along with the sale-a-bration embossing folder.

Do you send Easter cards? I never have, but I think it would be fun to get this little guy in the mail. Of course you could change the sentiment to Thank You or Happy Birthday because this little guy is sure to make anyone’s day.

Stampin’ Buffet – Stamp Club March

So I decided to make a few changes to help you be able to attend my event easier. I’ve had several customers who said they would love to come and make the cards and they would also love to come to club, however they only can free up one night. So I’ve decided to combine these two awesome events. That means double the fun in 1/2 the time.

First check out the cute cards that will be available this month. You may notice that you’ve probably already seen some of these. That’s because I wanted to give those that couldn’t make it the previous months to come and make some of my favorites.

Come and join me for Stamp Night. Each month I have new projects that focus on fun techniques or products. Everyone is invited to come.

You can come as you choose and just pay for the projects or join the club. Club members receive additional perks.

There are two times available: (Click on a time to RSVP)

11:00 am to 1:00 pm

5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

So here’s how it works:
Each month there are 10 projects to choose from. First it’s best if you can let me know you are coming, but you can still come even if you forget.

Each project is just $1.00. You choose which ones you want to make. I just ask that you make a minimum of 5. There is no limit to the amount you can make (other than time.)

Bring a friend I’ve never stamped with before and you’ll be able to make a bonus project for free.
