“MDS” Contest

Win the Sale-a-bration “My Digital Studio” DVD.  It’s easy here’s how to enter.

  1. Down-load “MDS” and have some fun creating a card or scrap-book page with it.
  2. Save your project as a JPEG (share option) and up-load it to my Facebook page or e-mail it to me and I will up-load it.
  3. Share the page with your friend and invite them to like my page and vote for you project.
  4. Invite your friends to down-load the program and join in the fun.
  5. Contest Entries must be up-loaded before March 31st.
  6. Winner will be picked based on:  # of votes, quality and creativity of the project.  Voting will begin April 1st and end April 10th.
  7. Winner will be announced on my blog and Facebook on April 15th.

Christmas Countdown Class

Advent Calendars are a fun way to count down the holiday season so when I saw the new set 25 & counting in the mini catalog I just new I had to have a countdown class.

There are three different styles to choose from:

Peak-a-boo countdown
(featured in the holiday mini)

This fun advent calendar is featured on a 12×12 paper.  You can attach it to a board or magnet which ever you desire.  I haven’t quite finished it yet so it’s not very straight so please forgive me.  I’m going to be putting mine on magnet so I can reuse it each year.

This is a great calendar to create an activity calender.  Just write down a fun activity on the back such as: making cookies, building a snowman, Christmas Caroling or reading a story.  You can even put a different Christmas book down and read a book each day.  This is great if you have young children.

Candy Countdown

Don’t you just love this countdown.  It’s the perfect countdown to enjoy a little treat each day.  You may need to make one for everyone in your family.

This was an idea that they showed at our recent meeting and I new I just had to add it to this class.  Sorry I don’t remember who is was to give her credit.

Countdown Kisses

Who doesn’t love kisses and it’s even better when you get one everyday.  This fun countdown has cubicles for each day that holds a kiss.

I saw this countdown on our group site Stampin’ Connection. It’s a place for demonstrators to share ideas.  Just another great reason to be a demonstrator.  It was created by Brenda Quintana.

You may sign up for as many countdowns as you would like.  Plan about 1 hour per countdown.  You will probably be faster if you are making multiples.  You may need to stamp and punch then assemble at home.  You can come anytime during the class hours just be sure to plan enough time to finish before 9:00 PM.
