Fun Snowman Card

I’m participating in a Stampin’ Up! Boot-Camp right now and each week we have a Stampin’ Challenge.  This week our challenge was to use a layout in the catalog and then change the colors and stamp set.  I thought I would share the fun card with you.  I love how it turned out and I think I will be adding it to my Christmas Card Crunch Class (be watching for details.)

February Stamp Night

We had such a great time at Stamp Night last week.  Thanks so much for those who came.  I’m excited for those who joined and will be with me each month.  It was also fun to meet some new faces.  I look forward to having you back.

  I found this great card on Pintrest (love that site).  It was created Julie Leblanc.  I tweaked it a bit to use the new blossom punch from the Occasions Mini.  It also features the SAB paper Everyday Enchantment and a SAB stamp set Outlined Occasions.

This was one of my favorite projects.  It was the bonus project for my monthly members and anyone attending for the first time.  I actually took the idea out of the Sale-a-bration Catalog.  It’s a fun notebook.  I thought it would be great to keep in your purse or just to give as a gift.  This was one of the three different colors guest could choose from.  Of course it uses more great SAB product.

Covention Swaps 12 x 12 group 1

Sorry I’ve been missing in action we’ve had internet problems and I’ve had camera issues, but I’m back and with some fabulous swaps form convention. The last group I did was 12 x 12 pages. There were actually two group for this one. Because there are so many I’m going to break them up in 4 groups. So enjoy!

There is no particular order here and I will try and let you know who did each one (hopefully they are all marked.)  Thanks again to everyone who participated all of the pages are great.   I’ve already used some for Club and I’m looking forward to adding pictures to them.

First up is mine.  I used the awesome Awash with Flowers Set.  It’s hard to tell but the flowers are done with a fun technique that gives you a water color look even though it’s a solid stamp.

This page is so fun and so cute.  In fact I used it for club last month.  With just one change.  Her cute sand is actually made with real sand paper.  I created it with the awesome log cabin spray.  I just love all the fun punch art on this page as well.  It was created by Natalie Cottle.

Can I say I’m in love.  This page is adorable.  It was made by Melanie Williams and she would say it’s a little Cheese.  I would have to agree.  The cheese is so cute I love how easy it is to make just using all of our different circle punches.  Plus doesn’t the hamburger just look good enough to eat.  She even added texture to the bun by using the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.

The last fun page for today was created by Deanne Henderson.  I love how simple it is yet very I catching.  There’s so much detail in all the flowers.  Off course they were created with our great punches again.  What you can’t see very well is the fun Rhinestones in the center of the small flowers.  With 150 per package it’s so easy to add fun bling to your page.

On the 10th day of Christmas . . .

 

The Stampin’ Santa gave to you a more Hybrid Cards from “My Digital Studio.”

So I still just love this product.  Here’s some fun easy Hybrid Cards that I made.  First I designed what I wanted on MDS then I printed it and added it to my project.

This is one of my favorites.  I love this quick and easy tag I made.  We even did this one as a make and take.  The “Don’t Open until Dec. 25 is from MDS then I punched it out.  The tag is one of the tags from the two tags die for the Big Shot.

This fun card also used the Big Shot.  I just layered 1″ squares on a white piece of cardstock.  Then I ran it through the Big Shot and cut it with the Top Note Die.  The “Merry and Bright was done with MDS then punched with the 1 3/4” circle punch.

I really like this card.  The base of the card is Embossed using the Big Shot.  Then I stamped the cute snowman from the Hostess set in the Holiday Min.  The Ornament was created on MDS and then punched out with the ornament punch.

Here’s another quick and easy card.  It’s a fun 3 x 3 card once again embossed with the Big Shot.  The ornament on the front was created in MDS then punched out.  We also put a white paper inside to make it easy to write on and stamped a cute little tree on it.  So easy and simple.

On the 8th day of Christmas . . .

The Stampin’ Santa gave to you a snowflake candle luminary.

I received this item as a Convention swap.  I just had to make more.  I used them for Teacher’s gifts.  We filled them with candy and gave them the candle so they could turn it into a luminary.

It’s made with the Fancy Favor Big Shot die.  The snowflakes are rolled on with versa mark then I embossed them with the iridescent ice embossing powder.  I punched out a snowflake on each side and covered it with White Vellum.  They are finished off with the cute little “Ready Set Snow” stamp (from Best Wishes & More) on the front punched out with the word window punch and layered on the modern label punch.  They were quick and easy to make.  I love that they can be used for the whole winter season.
