Hostess Drawing

nf-grand-prizeSo I was cleaning up the other day getting ready for my open house.  I realized I still had the grand prize from Novemberfest that was never claimed.  So here’s your chance to get the basket with over $100.00 worth of product.  It’s really simple all you have to do is host a party.  I will be giving out tickets to all the hostess and I will draw one winner.  Because I have different dates I want to book here is the different tickets you can earn:

Book and in-home party in:

February (during sale-a-brations & bootcamp): 15 tickets
March (during sale-a-brations): 10 tickets
April (new mini catalog): 12 tickets

Book a class party:

February: 10 tickets
March: 7 tickets
April: 7 tickets

Book a Catalog Party:

February: 7 tickets

nf-gift-aGuest Bonus:  I still have two of the smaller prizes.  So for each guest that places an order (this can be you as well, when you place a personal order besides the hostess benefits)  I will put their name in for a drawing for the 2 other gifts.  They will get one ticket for ordering and one ticket for every $25.00 they spend.  During sale-a-brations they could get 2 tickets for placing a $50.00 order plus a free sale-a-bration set.

New Catalog Open House

Swapping Saturday 1-17-09

Time for swaps again and I’m still wishing I knew who it was.  I forgot to say one other thing as to why a lot of these cards don’t have names.  When we go to the local meetings we usually do full cards instead of card fronts like at convention.  This way we can actually use the card.  However because of this we often don’t put our name directly on the card.  Some will include a business card or the card might have a sticky note with the name, but they often get lost or removed.  That’s why I don’t know who to give the proper credit to.

s-split-treesI really love this card and the way that she stamped the trees and then cut them apart.  I just think it is a really neat look.  I also really liked how she put on the ribbon.  It’s unique and different than the traditional knot that most people do (including myself).  I think it’s a beautiful card.

Freewheeling Friday 1-16-09

Here is another great card from Brandi’s meeting.  Once again I really wish I knew who made it.  I want to say that it was Chantia, but I could be wrong.  I do need to redeem myself a little here.  I had a display at the meeting so between setting it up and asking questions I really didn’t get to look at the swaps people were giving me.  Otherwise I would probably know who gave them to me.  At least I might know some of them.  Please if anyone does know I’d love some help to give them proper credit.

cupcake-wheelAnyway I just love this card.  It uses the cupcake wheel.  I love the picture because you can actually see the sparkle on it.  I believe she used dazzling diamonds glitter.

This is a really fun wheel because it’s a line image instead of a bold image like alot of the wheels.  Which allows you to color it and really make it your own.  This is a really simple card but I think it’s so cute and she did a great job.

Swapping Saturday 1-10-09

Cute as a Bug is the title and I would have to agree.  this page is definitely cute.

cute-as-a-bugI recieved this swap at Convention last year.  I absoultly love it and love the colors.  I really wish she would have put her name on it so I could give her credit.  This page is extra fun because of what she did with each of the bugs on the side.

These fun effects really add to the page.  I encourage you to think outside the box and try some of these fun effects.

Hi from Florida

Just a quick hi from Florida and Leadership.  You will love the new catalog.  There are lots of great things in it.  I have so many fun things to tell you.  I only have a minute so I will post again when I can.  Keep watching for more.
